Back to Wrestling Practice at The Chicken Coop!

We’re back on the mat and ready to train! Whether you’re a beginner learning the fundamentals or an advanced wrestler sharpening your skills, we have a class for you.

Training Schedule:

  • WEIGHT TRAINING: Monday thru Thursday, 4:30PM to 5:30PM
  • ADVANCED CLASSES: Monday and Wednesday, 5:30PM to 7:00PM
  • BEGINNER CLASS:  Tuesday and Thursday, 1:00PM to 3:00PM
  • OPEN PRACTICE: Sunday, 1:00PM to 3:00PM

Membership Pricing:

  • 2 days per week + Sunday – $105/month
  • Unlimited training – $115/month
